We indulged a bit too much this New Year’s Eve and woke up with that foggy, headache, stomachache, all around icky feeling of a hangover. So I took to the kitchen and whipped up this hangover juice.

WebMD informed me that beetroot helps cleanse the liver. I love the pretty color, makes it feel so festive!
Celery helps relieve headaches and increases urine production to flush toxins and reduce fluid retention. The little chunk of ginger to soothe the stomach.

I love the way the orange makes a little froth and the carrots and apples give a nice flavor.

I will admit, the juicer was loud, but the drink was delish and helped recover from the night of champagne. Definitely a recipe to keep on hand.
